How do I connect to my patient?

When an appointment is scheduled you, the clinician, will receive an email. Optionally you will also receive an SMS.

You do not need to log in to see your patient. You can connect by clicking the link in the mail (or SMS).

  • If you are connecting from an iOS or Android device it is always a better experience to use the native apps. Here is the iOS link and here is the Android link.

To connect from the email you received click on the button "Connect to Your Appointment", see the image below.


You will be directed to the virtual consultation room where you patient will also connect. Below is a screenshot of a virtual consultation room before the patient or doctor connects.
