How can my patient prepare for their appointment?
For every appointment created both the patient and clinician will receive a confirmation email.
In the email are some instructions and tips on how best to prepare for the remote consultation.
- Install the iOS or Android app if you have an iOS or Android device.
- Use a supported browser if you do not have an iOS or Android device.
- If you connect using a laptop use the following browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Safari(for MAC only)
- Check your, or the patients, network
- Connect on time and in a private location.
